Since 1990, the Medina Church of Christ has supported the Potter Children's Home in Bowling Green,Kentucky. This support has come as monetary and food donations collected from the members. The Church also participates in the gleaner can program, in which change is collected  during certain times of the year.

The Potter Children Home provides a christian home for children who have been abused and neglected. No federal funds are used by the home. The home is supported and maintained by donations from Churches of Christ.
